What is the minimum ad spend?

For Meta Ads, RM 3,000/month minimum spend (separate from our service fee) to gather meaningful data. Below that number, the algorithm learns too slowly to optimise effectively. Service fee is separate, from RM 1,800/month.

Will you also do my Google Ads?

Google Ads is a separate service (Google Ads (SEM)). Most clients run both as one funnel. Meta for awareness and demand creation, Google for demand capture. We can scope both together if relevant.

Do you charge a percentage of ad spend?

No. Flat monthly retainer. We do not benefit from you spending more than you should. Your incentive (ROI) and ours (retainer) are aligned.

Do you do creative or do I provide it?

We do creative in-house. Our team designs the static images, writes the copy, edits the videos. If you have brand assets we use them. If you want your own creative team to produce, we direct them with the brief. Either works.

How fast do I see results?

First leads typically within the first 1-7 days of campaign launch. Stable cost-per-lead by week 3-4 after optimisation. Real ROI clarity needs 60-90 days because some sales cycles are longer than the ad cycle.

What if I want to bring this in-house later?

Good. That is the goal. Our AI Training & Consulting service trains your team to run it. Most clients shift to a quarterly advisory after 12-18 months. We are not trying to keep you forever.
