How does HRD Corp claiming actually work?
For Malaysian employers contributing to HRDF (Human Resources Development Fund) levy: submit a training plan via the HRD Corp portal, get approval, deliver the training, claim back up to 100% from your levy balance. We provide all the paperwork, training plan, curriculum, trainer credentials, attendance records, post-training assessment. Alexander Ang has been HRD Corp accredited since 2012 so we know exactly what they need.
How much does training cost?
Group workshops start from RM 2,997 per session (HRD Corp claimable). Minimum 5 participants to start a class. Includes lunch, tea breaks, handouts, training materials, and post-workshop community access. Most companies run 2-3 sessions covering 4-6 modules, so total cost is RM 6,000-RM 9,000, fully claimable for HRDF-contributing employers, so net cost can be near zero.
What's the AI Method online course?
It's our self-study companion to the workshops. RM 1,997 with 12 months of access. Covers 8 core modules (9+ hours of video, 200+ slides), the same frameworks we teach in-house, designed for individuals or small teams. Comes with 30-day money-back guarantee. Sold separately to the workshops because it's for individual learners; not HRD Corp claimable.
Can the training be remote?
In-person preferred (Klang Valley, your office or a venue we book), hands-on builds work best face-to-face. Hybrid is fine for distributed teams. For fully remote learning, the AI Method self-study course is a better fit.
What if my team is at different skill levels?
Common situation. We run a pre-training survey to map skill levels, then design the curriculum so the first hour grounds everyone before splitting into pairs (advanced/beginner) for builds. Everyone ships something. Nobody is bored, nobody is lost.
Can you train just 1-2 people, or do we need a full team?
For HRD Corp claimable workshops, minimum 5 participants. For 1-2 people, two options: (a) the AI Method online course (RM 1,997 each, self-paced) or (b) 1-on-1 advisory (from RM 8k/quarter, founder + leadership level).
