What is the minimum ad spend?

For Google Search Ads, RM 2,000/month minimum spend (separate from our service fee) to gather meaningful data. For Performance Max or large e-commerce catalogs, RM 5,000+ /month works better. Below those numbers, the AI doesn't have enough conversion volume to optimise effectively.

Do you charge a percentage of ad spend?

No. Flat monthly retainer from RM 2,500/month, regardless of how much you spend on ads. We don't benefit from you spending more than necessary. Your incentive (lower cost per lead) and ours (keep the retainer) are aligned.

How fast do I see results?

First clicks and traffic typically within 1-7 days of launch. Stable cost-per-lead by week 3-4 after optimisation. Full ROI clarity needs 60-90 days because some sales cycles outlast the click cycle. We tell you in advance which phase you're in.

Will you also do my Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram)?

That's a separate service (Meta Ads Management). We can run both as one funnel. Meta for awareness and demand creation, Google for demand capture. Most clients see better cost-per-lead when both run together because the journey is captured end-to-end.

Do I keep my Google Ads account if we part ways?

Yes. The Google Ads account is set up under your Google account, not ours. Admin access is yours. Conversion tracking and audiences stay with you. We don't lock data inside our agency tools.

What if I don't have a website yet, or my website is bad?

We tell you straight. Bad landing pages waste ad spend. We may recommend our AI SEO Ready Website service first (a 1-page Landing Page from RM 1,500) before pushing ad budget. Better to spend 2 weeks on the page than burn 2 months of ads on it.
